This seal is composed of a toothed sealing ring filled with PTFE material and an O-ring rubber ring, suitable for one-way sealing of hydraulic and pneumatic reciprocating and rotary motion. It has the characteristics of high life, low friction, good sealing, small structural space, and can be used for water pressure sealing.

The RC11 consists of a filled-PTFE stepped sealing ring and a rubber O-ring; it is designed for single-acting pressure sealing in hydraulic reciprocating applications. The RC11-B consists of a filled-PTFE rectangular sealing ring and a rubber O-ring; it is designed for double-acting pressure sealing in hydraulic reciprocating applications. The O-ring provides radial preload and compensates for wear on the sealing ring. It is generally used in conjunction with a guide ring. For rod diameters smaller than 30 mm, a split (open) groove design should be used.
The RC2052 consists of a square sealing ring made of filled PTFE—featuring an integrated oil reservoir—combined with a rubber O-ring. It offers a long service life, low friction, excellent sealing performance, and a compact design, and is suitable for hydraulic sealing applications.
