RC2051-B/G Gear combination seal for rotating shaft

This seal is composed of a toothed sealing ring filled with PTFE material and an O-ring rubber ring, suitable for one-way sealing of hydraulic and pneumatic reciprocating and rotary motion. It has the characteristics of high life, low friction, good sealing, small structural space, and can be used for water pressure sealing. It is divided into RC2051-B (standard type) and RC2051-G (high-speed type). The special lip design of RC2051 has good sealing effect and extremely low friction resistance even for pneumatic reciprocating or rotary seals.

Material selection

1. The matching O-ring material can be selected: R01 nitrile rubber (NBR), R02 fluororubber (FKM), etc.

2. Sealing ring material: standard material PTFE4, other optional materials PTFE1, PTFE2, PTFE3, PTFE5.
