Among rotary spring-energized seals, there are mainly two types: RC2055 and RC2056. Ruichen Seals has been studying the development and manufacturing of seal products for many years. According to different situations and different needs, it has perfected more detailed designs.
RC2055 is a rotary pan-plug seal, RC2055-B is a rotary toothed seal, and RC2055-C is a rotary Y-shaped combination seal. The grooves of the three are interchangeable. They are high-function seals with unidirectional pressure applied to rotating shafts. Among them, the RC2055 rotary pan-plug seal is composed of stainless steel springs and high-function plastics. When using RC2055-B and RC2055-C, it is necessary to reasonably select the matching elastomer materials.
RC2056 is a rotary pan-plug seal, and RC2056-B is a rotary Y-shaped combination seal. The grooves can also be interchanged. It is also suitable for use in rotating shafts. Among them, the RC2056 rotary pan-plug seal is composed of stainless steel springs and high-function plastics. When using RC2056-B and, it is necessary to reasonably select the matching elastomer materials.

Material selection
1. The matching O-ring materials can be selected: RO1 nitrile rubber (NBR), RO2 fluororubber (FKM), etc.
2. Sealing ring materials: PTFE1, PTFE2, PTFE3, PTFE4, UPE, PK1, PK2, etc.
3. Stainless steel spring: V-shaped spring.
