Cloth-Reinforced Rotary Oil Seals

The R35/R37 cloth-reinforced rotary oil seals launched by Ruichen Seals belong to the category of cloth-reinforced rotary oil seals. They are high-performance rotary seals designed for rolling mills and heavy machinery transmission parts. R35 is suitable for fully lubricated occasions, while R37 has a lubricating oil groove on the outer diameter to provide additional lubrication support when lubrication is insufficient. For high-temperature conditions (over 100°C), we use fluororubber cloth-reinforced materials to ensure the durability and reliability of seals in harsh environments and meet customers' needs for high-performance sealing solutions.

2. Different designs for different models:

R35: Suitable for fully lubricated occasions.

R37: Lubricating oil groove on the outer diameter supports additional lubrication and is suitable for insufficient lubrication conditions.

High temperature adaptability: Fluorine rubber cloth material, temperature resistance exceeds 100℃, suitable for high temperature environment.
