Rotary Seals for Cement Slurry

The Rotary Seals for Cement Slurry launched by Ruichen Seals have two specific models, RC2061 and RC2062, which are specially designed for one-way sealing of hydraulic reciprocating and rotary motion. They have long life, low friction, excellent sealing and compact structure, and can maintain excellent sealing effect even in hostile media such as cement slurry.

Ruichen Seal's rotary seals for cement slurry are made of high-performance engineering plastic toothed seal rings and O-shaped rubber rings. They are suitable for harsh working conditions such as plunger pumps, mud pumps, screw drills, drilling rigs, oil exploration equipment and concrete mixing plants. They are divided into two models: RC2061 and RC2062.

Both RC2061 and RC2062 are suitable for one-way sealing of hydraulic reciprocating and rotary motions. They have the characteristics of long life, low friction, good sealing, small structural space, and easy installation, use and maintenance. The special sealing lip and thickness optimization design have good sealing effect even in malignant media such as cement slurry. When used for sealing slurry media, we recommend grease lubrication between two (or more) seals.

Material selection

1. The matching O-ring materials can be selected: R01 nitrile rubber (NBR), R02 fluororubber (FKM), etc.

2. Sealing ring material: standard material PTFE4, other optional materials PTFE2/PTFE3/PTFE5/UPE/PK1/PK2, etc.

Note: 1. For shaft diameter ≤30mm, open groove is recommended. 

2. For rotary seal, the surface hardness of the rotary shaft is recommended to be HRC ≥58. 

3. For pressure greater than 30MPA, H8/f8 is recommended for extrusion gap.
