In terms of structural design, the basic models are centered on stability and ease of use: RCS101/103 enhances embedding stability through pre-tightening O-rings or auxiliary lips, especially for short strokes; RCS102/104R/117R supports higher pressures by optimizing material and groove compatibility (such as RCS102R for standard groove high-pressure scenarios). For pneumatic systems, RCS105/205 adopts a special lip design to maintain lubricating oil film and adapt to lubrication/non-lubrication environments.
Ruichen Seals also focuses on material and functional innovation. Models such as RCS118/119/124-129 use polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or polyurethane as the main body, combined with Mander springs or O-rings to balance pressure, to achieve low friction, anti-dry wear, and corrosion resistance, meeting the cleanliness and high temperature resistance requirements of chemical and food filling equipment. RCS129 can form a sealing system with RCS101, which is suitable for walking machinery and heavy hydraulic equipment; RCS126-128 optimizes low-pressure sealing through asymmetric V-piece design and is customized for the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
For complex working conditions, RCS120/138 and other double-acting seals have integrated support ring design, which is resistant to high pressure and distortion and adapts to compact grooves; RCS131 is an O-ring substitute, which is both resistant to extrusion and chemical resistance, and has become the preferred choice for the food and pharmaceutical industry. And RCS116/216 can quickly repair old cylinders through fixture installation to reduce downtime costs.
