Ruichen's CSH-G15 ultra-high pressure seal has passed the user test. This seal group is used for ultra-high pressure superchargers, with a design pressure of 600MPA, an operating temperature of 140~150 degrees, a working medium of water, a piston rod diameter of 80mm, and low-frequency reciprocating motion. In April 2022, the CSH-G15 ultra-high pressure seal was adopted. After the equipment was delivered to the user, the actual working pressure was 600MPA and the maximum operating pressure reached 720MPA. In the nearly 6 months of use assessment, it has been working normally and has successfully passed the end-user test.

The ultra-high pressure supercharger developed by our company (here is Ruichen Seal's cooperative customer company) requires a working pressure of 600MPA, an operating temperature of 140~150 degrees, a working medium of water, a piston rod diameter of 80, and low-frequency reciprocating motion. Due to the high pressure level and high temperature, the sealing problem has not been solved.
In April 2022, the CSH-G15 ultra-high pressure combined seal in the CSH series produced by Qingdao Ruichen Sealing Technology Co., Ltd. was used. After more than 3 months of use, the maximum working pressure reached 720MPA and the normal working pressure was 600MPA. At present, this model has been delivered to users for normal use.
Practice has proved that the CSH-G15 seal produced by Ruichen Seal can meet the application of ultra-high pressure and high temperature conditions, which is a new breakthrough in ultra-high pressure sealing technology.
