Recently, our company completed the performance test of CSH-X-05 PTFE oil seal series products.
CSH-X-05 series oil seals add metal skeletons to traditional full PTFE oil seals to improve the size and structural stability. The products are available in single lip, double lip, reverse double lip and other forms. Chemical corrosion resistance, wide applicable temperature range, low friction starting resistance, and can achieve the lowest power consumption. The test lasted for 6 months, and completed the pressure resistance test, sealing performance test, and sealing performance comparison test under different PV values.
This project was independently developed by our company's Hydraulic Seal Research Center. We used our own high-pressure rotary seal test bench to conduct repeated tests, comparisons, and adjustments to form the final data. The entire experimental platform is controlled by PIC program, and the test data is collected and processed by computer, with extremely high measurement accuracy. The completion of this test plays a positive role in the material selection, structural design, and product finalization of the product, and accelerates the marketization of the product.
