Our RC16 is a plug seal, and RC16-B is a Y-shaped combination seal. The grooves of the two are the same and can be installed in the grooves specified by ML5514F and ISO3771.
In another radial spring energized seals product, the RC65 series, RC65 is a plug seal, and RC65-B is a Y-shaped combination seal. They also have the same groove design and can be installed in the grooves specified by ML5514F and ISO3771.
RC16 and RC65 plug seals are composed of stainless steel springs and high-functional plastics. Stainless steel springs can choose V-shaped springs and O-shaped springs. When using RC16-B and RC65-B, it is necessary to reasonably select the matching elastomer material.
Both models of radial spring energized seals have high performance, interchangeability and wide applicability. They are suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic equipment sealing under harsh working conditions and special media environments, such as chemical, petroleum, energy and other fields. The stainless steel spring provides a stable radial force to ensure long-term sealing effect, while the combination of high-performance plastic and elastomer materials is suitable for high pressure, high speed and corrosive media. The standardized groove design simplifies installation and maintenance and reduces the cost of use.

2. Sealing ring materials: PTFE1, PTFE2, PTFE3, PTFE4, UPE, PK1, PK2, etc.
3. Stainless steel springs can be selected from O-shaped springs and V-shaped springs.
