The end flange spring energized seals we launched include different models, each with its own subdivisions. They are all strictly developed, produced, and tested.
RC2876 and RC2877 are pan-seals, and RC2876-B and RC2877-B are Y-shaped combined seals. The two different divisions between each model have the same groove and can be interchanged. They are suitable for axial (end) and flange one-way pressure static seals and can be used in places where the surface roughness is not ideal. The two pan-seals are composed of stainless steel springs and high-function plastics. Stainless steel springs can be selected as V-shaped springs and O-shaped springs. And when using RC2876-B and RC2877-B, it is necessary to reasonably select the matching elastomer materials.

Material selection
1. The matching O-ring materials can be: R01 nitrile rubber (NBR), R02 fluororubber (FKM), etc.
2. Sealing ring materials: PTFE1, PTFE2, PTFE3, PTFE4, UPE, PK1, PK2, etc.
3. Stainless steel springs can be selected from O-shaped springs and V-shaped springs.
