Spring energized seal for rotating shaft is one of the seals developed by Ruichen Seals. In addition, we have many other types of seals and a variety of different sealing materials. Specifically, we have our own internal model to name them. The following introduces two models, RC2055 and RC2056.
RC2055 and RC2056 are rotary pan-seals, RC2055-B is a rotary tooth seal, RC2056-B is a rotary Y-shaped combination seal, and RC2055-C is a rotary Y-shaped combination seal. Different models in the same series have the same groove characteristics and are interchangeable. The entire series of spring energized seal for rotating shaft is suitable for unidirectional pressure high-function seals applied to rotating shafts. Among them, RC2055 and RC2056 are composed of stainless steel springs and high-function plastics. When using RC2055-B, RC2056-B and RC2055-C, it is necessary to reasonably select the matching elastomer material.

Material selection
1. The matching O-ring materials can be selected: RO1 nitrile rubber (NBR), RO2 fluororubber (FKM), etc.
2. Sealing ring materials: PTFE1, PTFE2, PTFE3, PTFE4, UPE, PK1, PK2, etc.
3. Stainless steel spring: V-shaped spring.
