In terms of technical design, the dust seal turning seals series products are centered on flexibility. There are general seals (such as RCA101/104/105) that are installed with extruded outer diameters, which are compatible with ISO 6195-A standard grooves and suitable for compact space scenarios; there are also models with integrated anti-extrusion skeletons (such as RCA103/106), which enhance the structural stability under dynamic loads through axial open groove design (ISO 6195-B). For special working conditions, RCA107 supports 30° inclined groove installation and is compatible with imperial and metric equipment, while RCA108 simplifies the maintenance process of old cylinders through flange fixing design, significantly reducing the cost of transformation.

In terms of sealing performance optimization, we improve reliability through innovative structures: the oil return groove design of RCA101 promotes oil reflux and reduces pollutant accumulation; the double lip or auxiliary lip structure (RCA109/111/112, etc.) is combined with a tetrafluoroethylene combined seal to achieve dual-action dust and oil barrier; and the composite design of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) material and O-ring (RCA115~119) further balances the pressure distribution, is resistant to high temperatures of 250°C, and is resistant to chemical corrosion, suitable for clean environments such as semiconductors, food and medicine. For extreme working conditions, RCA213 is used in combination with the DA series, using high-hardness materials to resist sticky pollutants such as mud and tar, and protect the internal seal from erosion.

In terms of application, the RCA series is widely adapted to engineering machinery, mining equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and precision industrial fields. For example, RCA111/211 can withstand 1.6MPa high pressure, providing double protection for hydraulic cylinders; RCA115~119 has become the first choice for dust prevention of precision equipment due to its non-creeping and low friction characteristics; RCA108 provides a quick solution for the maintenance of old equipment without the need to modify the groove. In terms of materials, we insist on giving equal importance to environmental protection and performance. PTFE modification technology takes into account both self-lubrication and wear resistance. O-ring elastomers (such as NBR) ensure sealing stability. Some models (such as RCA119) use a silicone-free formula to meet the stringent requirements of clean workshops.
