Product Description

Our high pressure rotary seals series covers a variety of high-performance products, including RC2051, RC2052, RC2053, RC2054, RCX17, RCX18, RDI, RDA, RCS and RC2057, which are designed for reciprocating and rotary motion in hydraulic, pneumatic and water pressure environments.

The RC2051 series uses a combination of filled PTFE toothed seal rings and O-rings for one-way sealing. It has low friction and high sealing characteristics and is divided into standard type (RC2051-B) and high-speed type (RC2051-G).

The RC2052 and RC2054 series are equipped with square seal rings with oil storage grooves, which are suitable for hydraulic rotary bidirectional sealing. The structure is compact and supports water pressure environment.

The RCX17 and RCX18 series are made of high-performance PU materials, with toothed cross-section design for easy installation. They are suitable for rotary shaft and rotary hole sealing, and the groove design is interchangeable.

The RDI and RDA series are composed of PTFE sealing rings, L-shaped plastic support rings and O-rings, which are suitable for high-pressure, low-speed, rotating bidirectional sealing, high-pressure resistance, low friction and long life.

The RCS series PTFE power oil seal contains a metal skeleton and a PTFE sealing lip, which is suitable for complex working conditions.

The RC2057 series full PTFE oil seal is designed for special occasions that traditional oil seals cannot meet.

The RC2065 series provides a one-way pressure seal for rotating shafts, with a simple structure and easy installation. The materials can be nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluororubber (FKM).

RCS type PT FE power oil seal (PTFE oil seal)

RC2057 type full PT FE oil seal

RCS type PTFE power oil seal is composed of metal frame, PTFE sealing lip and internal static seal. It is divided into A type, B type, C type, D type, etc. RC2057 type full PTFE oil seal is divided into A type and B type, especially suitable for occasions where traditional oil seals cannot meet the requirements. Features:

1. Chemical corrosion resistance

2. Wide temperature range

3. Suitable for low lubrication and oil-free lubrication

4. Low friction to achieve minimum power consumption

5. Suitable for high line speed

6. No sticking, low resistance to start-up after long-term shutdown

7. Suitable for rotating shafts that have not been hardened (reasonable selection of PTFE lip)

8. Suitable for occasions with higher pressure

Ⅰ. Typical applications:

Rotary compressors, screw compressors, transmission/gearboxes, blowers, engines, machine tool pumps, hydraulic motors, centrifuges, etc.

Ⅱ. Hardness requirements for mating surfaces

Recommended hardness: HRC ≥ 58. The required hardness is related to many factors. Soft rotating shafts are also applicable in low-pressure and low-speed situations. PTFE6 lip plates are recommended for soft metals.

Ⅲ. Quality requirements for mating surfaces

Ra = 0.2-0.63 um Rz = 1-3um Rmax = 1-4um

Ⅳ. Fluid power spiral flow pattern:

RCS-D type adopts a lip plate with a spiral flow pattern structure to improve the sealing ability. The rotating shaft is only allowed to rotate in one direction.
