Ruichen Sealing will exhibit at the 4th Xuzhou International Construction Machinery Exhibition

The 4th Xuzhou International Construction Machinery Exhibition will be grandly held at the Xuzhou Huaihai International Expo Center from March 20 to 22, 2026. Ruichen Sealing will prominently showcase a range of products, including hydraulic seals, high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure seals, rotary seals, turned seals, spring-energized seals, and high-performance sealing materials.

Hydraulic Seals


Commonly used hydraulic seals include U-rings, Y-rings, V-rings, Stepseals and Glydrings, guide rings and dust seals, O-rings, Star-rings, and retaining rings. Common sealing materials include rubber, polyurethane, and engineering plastics; these seals are applied in various hydraulic systems, such as hydraulic cylinders, valves, accumulators, pumps, and motors.


High-Pressure Seals

Incorporating numerous cutting-edge national patented technologies, our independently developed high-pressure seals feature exceptional longevity, low friction, and superior sealing performance. The dynamic seals are capable of withstanding maximum operating pressures of up to 720 MPa and are suitable for use in water-based hydraulic sealing applications. These products are utilized in hydraulic nuts, plunger pumps, isostatic presses, homogenizers, and similar equipment, establishing us as a leading innovator in the domestic market for high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure sealing solutions.


Rotary Seals


Rotary Seals


Incorporating numerous cutting-edge national patented technologies, these high-pressure, high-speed rotary seals have been developed entirely in-house. They are capable of achieving a maximum linear velocity of 40 m/s; specifically, the high-speed rotary seals can withstand pressures up to 3.5 MPa, while the low-speed rotary seals can handle pressures up to 100 MPa. Furthermore, they are capable of operating under oil-free lubrication conditions. These products are utilized in applications such as Roots blowers, centrifuges, hydraulic pumps, air compressors, vacuum pumps, chemical pumps, and more.

Turned Seals


Ruichen Sealing specializes in turned seals, maintaining a library of over 260 pre-stored cross-section profiles. This enables the rapid production of seals made from rubber, polyurethane, and engineering plastics in any size or cross-section. No molds are required, with delivery available in as little as one hour; our turning capabilities accommodate a maximum processing diameter of 2600 mm.


Spring-Energized Seal


Spring-Energized Seal


Comprising a PTFE sealing ring embedded with a stainless steel spring, this high-performance seal is engineered for demanding environments characterized by high temperatures, corrosive media, poor lubrication, and the need for low friction. It is designed to meet the increasingly rigorous and diverse requirements of industrial applications—such as those found in food and pharmaceutical machinery, petrochemical equipment, pumps and valves, pressure vessels, and aerospace systems.


High-Performance Sealing Materials


High-Performance Sealing Materials


A wide range of modified PTFE composites; various polyurethane and rubber tubing and rod stocks; and engineering plastics such as nylon, POM, UHMWPE, and PEEK. These materials serve as the foundational stock for turned seals and can serve as substitutes for equivalent imported products.
