Conventional Polyurethane

Its main feature is high pressure resistance, so it is not easy to deform, has strong damage resistance, and has excellent physical properties.

Product Features and Applications

Conventional polyurethane is mostly green in color. It is mainly used in the sealing industry to make U-rings, seals, V-type combinations, polyester elastomers, valve seals, and equipment parts. Seals made of conventional polyurethane can be used in mineral oil, water, and biodegradable hydraulic oil within a range of 60°C, and as a single sealing material, its pressure resistance can reach 40MPa. Through special seal design and tolerance control of mounting grooves, accessories made of conventional polyurethane can be used in a higher pressure range.
