Product Features and Applications

Ultra-high-hardness polyurethane is a high-hardness polyurethane material with excellent physical properties, which also determines that it has very good wear resistance and is well adapted to high-pressure working conditions.

Ultra-high-hardness polyurethane is mostly green in color and is mainly used to replace tetrafluoroethylene materials to make sliding rings of combined seals (such as Glyd rings, Step seals, and combined dustproofs), and is used for heavy-load and dustproof seals. This material has strong extrusion resistance. Compared with seals made of conventional polyurethane and tetrafluoroethylene materials, it has better pressure resistance, better sealing performance, and is more widely used.
