The hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane developed by Ruichen Seals has both the excellent physical properties of conventional polyurethane and high resistance to decomposition in water. We have been committed to being at the forefront of sealing material development, and providing customers with a variety of high-performance sealing materials is our consistent insistence. We have strong independent research and development and production capabilities, such as various engineering plastics such as polyoxymethylene and nylon, various fillers such as tetrafluoroethylene, and high-temperature resistant polymer materials such as PEEK and PAI are all within the scope of our production and supply. In addition to these materials, our very advantageous products are hydraulic seals.
Product Features and Applications
Hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane is mostly red and has strong stability in mineral oil. It can be used in water-glycol media such as metallurgical mining, tunnel boring machines, etc. In water-glycol, hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane can withstand high temperatures up to 90°C, and is particularly suitable for use in pure water, seawater, flame retardant fluids such as HFA/HFB, and biodegradable hydraulic oils (vegetable oils and synthetic esters).
