Polytetrafluoroethylene

Polytetrafluoroethylene is an engineering plastic sealing material independently developed by Ruichen Sealing. It has a low friction coefficient, good self-lubrication, excellent weather resistance and heat resistance, and is resistant to almost all chemicals and solvents. It has a wide operating temperature range and an operating temperature of -250℃~+260℃ (limit).

Our factory uses the most advanced process technology in China to produce polytetrafluoroethylene and its filled and modified composite materials. The sintering is fully automatic microcomputer program control to effectively ensure product quality. The products include polytetrafluoroethylene rods and tubes, gaskets, piston rings, guide rings, sealing rings and various special-shaped products with various formulas. Modified PTFE additives include: copper powder, molybdenum disulfide, glass fiber powder, carbon fiber powder, carbon powder, polyphenylene ester, graphite, chromium trioxide, etc.

We also attach great importance to quality. Our products have been tested by national authoritative testing agencies, and many technical indicators have reached or exceeded imported similar products, which are at the international advanced level.

In response to the current demand for CNC machining seals, our company has launched PTFE composite pipes and rods with various formulations. The largest PTFE molded pipe reaches 1700mm, which effectively replaces imported similar products.

Product Features and Applications

● PTFE1 Pure PTFE (Color: White)

Pure PTFE has excellent chemical resistance and can withstand almost all chemical media. Pure PTFE is easily deformed by pressure and can absorb relatively low pressure loads. It is suitable for use in the food industry, health care and pharmaceutical industries.

● PTFE-2 Filled PTFE (PTFE+15% glass fiber+5% molybdenum disulfide) (Color: Gray)

This is a filled PTFE that has improved compressive strength, extrusion resistance and lubricity compared to pure PTFE. Its chemical resistance is still similar to that of pure PTFE. PTFE mixed with glass fiber particles is used for dynamic sealing.

● PTFE3 Filled PTFE (PTFE+40% copper powder) (Color: Brown)

Filled PTFE (PTFE+40% copper powder) is also filled with pure PTFE. Compared with pure PTFE, it has improved compressive strength, better thermal conductivity and excellent wear resistance. Compared with other PTFE compounds, PTFE with copper powder has strong anti-friction and good creep resistance.

● PTFE4 Filler PTFE (PTFE + 25% carbon fiber) (color: black)

It is filled with pure PTFE and has excellent compressive strength, good thermal conductivity and low permeability. Compared with PTFE with glass fiber, PTFE with carbon fiber has excellent friction and wear resistance and is more suitable for rotary seals.

● PTFE5 Filler PTFE (PTFE + filler) (color: white)

It improves the wear resistance and cold flow of pure PTFE and is used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

● PTFE6 Filler PTFE (PTFE + filler) (color: beige)

It is filled with pure PTFE and has excellent compressive strength, good heat resistance, and excellent friction resistance. It is suitable for reciprocating and rotary seals in the food, pharmaceutical and other industries, as well as soft metal seals.
