Ruichen is a supplier of Spring-Energized Face Seals. Our RC2877 seal is composed of a stainless steel spring and high-performance plastic. The stainless steel spring can be either a V-shaped spring or an O-ring spring. When using the RC2877-B, it is necessary to select the appropriate elastomer material.

Material Selection
1. The O-ring material can be selected from: R01 nitrile rubber (NBR), R02 fluororubber (FKM), etc.
2. Sealing ring materials include: PTFE1, PTFE2, PTFE3, PTFE4, UPE, PK1, PK2, etc.
3. Stainless steel springs can be selected from O-shaped springs and V-shaped springs.
Order example
RC2877-40-PTFE4+V: Outer pressure groove inner diameter is 40, sealing ring material is PTFE4, stainless steel spring is V-shaped spring.
RC2877-B-40-PTFE4+R02: Outer pressure groove inner diameter is 40, sealing ring material is PTFE4, matching O-ring is made of fluororubber.

Ruichen Sealing places great emphasis on detail. We design scientific and rigorous packaging solutions based on the product's material, shape, precision requirements, and transportation distance.
Refined and Anti-Confusion Packaging
For precision standard O-rings, oil seals, and other products, we use individual polyethylene sealed bags for primary packaging to prevent dust and moisture ingress. Each bag is clearly labeled with key information such as product model, material, batch number, and production date.
These individually packaged products are neatly placed in customized partitioned cardboard boxes or plastic trays to prevent products from being squeezed, tangled, or deformed during transport.
For large-volume orders, we use sturdy, moisture-proof corrugated cardboard boxes as outer packaging, with ample internal padding to ensure stability even during bumpy transportation.
Professional Protection for Special Products
For large polyurethane seals, PTFE products, or mechanical seals and other fragile or easily scratched products, we employ higher levels of protective measures.
These include individual wrapping with foam cotton, securing them on special plastic trays, or using vacuum packaging to prevent oxidation. As a factory with R&D capabilities, we understand that even minor scratches or bumps can affect sealing performance, so we pay extra attention to the packaging of these high-value products.
