Spring-energized seals for rotary shafts are high-performance, unidirectional pressure seals used in rotary shaft applications. The RC2055 rotary seal consists of a stainless steel spring and high-performance plastic. When using RC2055-B and RC2055-C, the appropriate elastomer material must be carefully selected.

Material Selection
1. Available O-ring materials include: R01 Nitrile rubber (NBR), R02 Fluororubber (FKM), etc.
2. Seal ring materials: PTFE1, PTFE2, PTFE3, PTFE4, UPE, PK1, PK2, etc.
3. Stainless steel spring: V-shaped spring.
Production Process Control
RuiChen's modern production base is equipped with high-precision injection molding machines, automatic vacuum vulcanizing machines, and CNC precision machining equipment. During the production process, we utilize SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods to monitor key process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time in real time, ensuring that every molded product exhibits high consistency and stability.
For critical products, we implement a 100% inspection system, rather than random sampling, to ensure that every seal delivered to our customers is qualified.

RC2055-40-PTFE4+V: Shaft diameter 40, sealing ring material PTFE4, stainless steel spring is V-shaped.
RC2055-B-40-PTFE4+R02: Shaft diameter 40, sealing ring material PTFE4, matching O-ring is fluororubber.
RC2055-C-40-PTFE4+R02: Shaft diameter 40, sealing ring material PTFE4, matching O-ring is fluororubber.
