TB/SB Oil Seals

The TB/SB oil seals manufactured by Ruichen Sealing can be installed in rotating bearing housings and move relative to the rotating shaft. The metal frame provides support, and the spring applies radial pre-tension to the sealing lip, preventing lubricant leakage and the ingress of external contaminants.

Both TB/SB oil seals consist of a metal frame, a spring, and a rubber body. The metal frame provides support, and the spring applies radial force to the sealing lip. The TB type features an auxiliary dust lip, suitable for applications where one side has a sealing medium and the other side is exposed to dust. The TB/SB seals have a metal outer diameter, which provides a more secure and precise fit in the housing. However, the sealing capacity of the outer diameter is limited for low-viscosity fluids and gases; therefore, it is recommended to apply sealant to the outer diameter during installation.
