The OK Type Combination Seal consists of a split sealing ring made of a special thermoplastic material and a rectangular rubber ring; it is designed for bidirectional pressure sealing in hydraulic reciprocating applications. The rubber ring provides radial force and compensates for wear on the sealing ring. The split design of the sealing ring eliminates the need for special installation tools required by standard Glyd-rings. During operation, the seal exhibits a low coefficient of friction and smooth movement without stick-slip, resulting in more stable and durable equipment performance while effectively reducing failure rates and maintenance costs.
