1. Suitable O-ring materials include: R01 Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), R02 Fluororubber (FKM), etc.
2. Sealing ring materials: Standard materials PTFE3 and PTFE4; other optional materials include PTFE1, PTFE2, and PTFE5.
Ruichen has carried out independent research and development and production from the beginning of raw materials, realizing the control of the whole chain of products.
1. Engineering plastics and composite materials: We take polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as the core, from mixing, sintering to molding, independent production of all kinds of filled modified composite materials tube and rod, and then precision processing into seals. This ensures stability and customizability of material properties.
2. High-performance polyurethane elastomer: We start from prepolymer casting, independently produce high-quality polyurethane pipe and rod materials, and process them into various types of seals, which are outstanding in wear resistance, pressure resistance and hydrolysis resistance.
