Enhanced Spring Energized Seal

The Ruichen FS-B Enhanced Spring-Energized Seal features performance enhancements over the standard symmetrical design and was developed specifically for applications involving moderate pressures and mild operational fluctuations. This model optimizes the match between the sealing lip profile and the spring system, thereby improving sealing stability under dynamic operating conditions.

A key feature of this model is its enhanced resistance to pressure fluctuations, with an operating pressure range of up to 40 MPa. Its improved sealing lip design offers superior media compatibility, enabling it to handle a wider array of chemical media, including certain highly aggressive industrial fluids. It operates within a temperature range of -60°C to 220°C, meeting the requirements of most industrial environments.
