RCF01 and RCF02 are two-way dust seals composed of a double-lip dust seal ring filled with anti-wear PTFE material and an O-shaped rubber ring. The O-ring provides preload force to compensate for the wear of the PTFE ring. RCF01 is suitable for heavy-duty occasions, such as dusty or cold environments and high-frequency reciprocating motion. Split grooves should be used for shaft diameters less than 30mm. RCF02 is suitable for reciprocating motion, swing or spiral motion conditions.

RCF03 is a one-way dust ring composed of a single-lip dust scraper ring filled with PTFE material and an O-shaped rubber ring. Its function is to scrape away dust and prevent the system from being contaminated. It is suitable for reciprocating motion, swinging or spiral motion conditions.

RCF04 and RCF05 are double-lip dust rings composed of a special-shaped ring with a sealing lip and a dustproof lip and two O-rings as preload elements, which are used to improve the overall sealing. It has the characteristics of long life, low friction, no viscosity, and high reliability. RCF04 is mainly used in agricultural machinery, hydraulic presses, injection molding machines, hydraulic control systems, forklifts, rolling machines, cranes, and loading and unloading machinery. RCF05 is mainly used in hydraulic presses, injection molding machines, rolling machines, metallurgical machinery, etc. It is particularly suitable for dustproof seals of large-diameter piston rods.

DHS dust ring is a dual-function dust ring, which has both good dustproof effect and certain sealing oil film function. The materials are high-performance polyurethane, nitrile rubber, and fluororubber.

J-shaped and JA-shaped are used for reciprocating hydraulic cylinder piston rods or valve stems to scrape dust. The materials are polyurethane (TPU/CPU) and rubber. The grooves and product dimensions and tolerances comply with JB/T6657-93 and JB/T6656-93.

Dust ring GSM is used to prevent external pollutants from mixing into the hydraulic system and sealing system, and can return the hydraulic oil to the lubrication system without leaking to the outside, which has the effect of auxiliary sealing. The materials are nitrile rubber, fluororubber, and polyurethane.

GP1 and GP6 dust rings are used to prevent pollutants from mixing into the hydraulic system and sealing system. The material is nitrile rubber NBR, and fluororubber FKM is selected at high temperature. GP6 is mainly used for dustproof sealing of large diameter piston rods.

AF type dust ring is used to prevent dust, dirt, sand, and metal chips from entering the hydraulic cylinder. Reduce the risk of scratches caused by external contaminants embedded in sliding elements. Excellent dustproof effect can be achieved through the special design of the dustproof ring lip. The ring has the characteristics of strong wear resistance, small permanent deformation, and resistance to external mechanical impact. The dustproof ring can be firmly installed in the appropriate position of the axial open groove by using the interference fit between the outer diameter of the sealing groove and the metal. The fit is flush, so the lip is highly protective against damage caused by external reasons. From an engineering perspective, the AF type dustproof ring is a suitable cylinder head sealing device.
