Hydraulic seals for pistons and piston rods is a unified name for a class of hydraulic seals, but in fact we have subdivided many different models, and the characteristics and focus of different models will also be different. UN-type seal is a symmetrical seal specially used on pistons or piston rods, used in walking machinery, light industrial machinery, agricultural machinery, cranes, automobiles, forestry machinery, mining machinery, etc.

UHS-type seal is a symmetrical seal for both holes and shafts, with a smaller cross-section, which can be installed in the integral groove. A retaining ring is required at the root when used under 16~32Mpa.

RCBKY-type seal is a symmetrical seal for both holes and shafts, with good dynamic and static sealing performance. It is mainly used for large diameter sealing, and the material is nitrile rubber (NBR).

BA-type seal is a symmetrical seal for both holes and shafts, mainly used to seal plungers, piston rods, forging machines and hydraulic equipment for walking equipment. Features:

1. Insensitive to vibration loads and pressure peaks

2. Good anti-extrusion ability

3. Better sealing under no load and low temperature

Suitable for harsh working conditions

VAD seal is a symmetrical seal for both hole and shaft. It is the result of further development of lip seal. The star ring plays a radial force role and compensates for the wear of the sealing lip. The system pressure is transmitted to the sealing lip through the compressed and deformed star ring, so the high and low pressure sealing performance is excellent. It is mainly used for sealing columns, piston rods, forging machines and hydraulic equipment for walking equipment. The material is: polyurethane material (PU) + nitrile rubber (NBR), features:

1. Insensitive to vibration load and pressure peak

2. Good anti-extrusion ability

3. Better sealing under no load and low temperature

4. Suitable for harsh working conditions

5. Long life.

KI-A type seal is a symmetrical seal for both hole and shaft, mainly used in engineering machinery, industrial vehicles, dump trucks, agricultural machinery, cranes, injection molding machines, telescopic cylinders, steering hydraulic cylinders, etc. The material is polyurethane (PU), features:

1. Excellent dynamic and static sealing performance

2. Compact structure, groove ground allows higher surface roughness

3. Design for limited radial dimension space of cavity
