The Heavy-Duty V-Set Seal consists of a set of V-shaped sealing rings, a compression ring, and a support ring. It is suitable for unidirectional pressure sealing in reciprocating hydraulic applications. A grease compatible with the sealing material must be applied during installation. It cannot be installed in integral (closed) housings. It is designed for piston sealing in medium and heavy load applications.

3. Long service life, suitable for oil-free lubrication (with appropriate material selection).
4. Adjustable sealing performance: axial dimension can be adjusted by adding or removing V-rings.
5. Effective even with poor sealing surface quality.
