KDAS Compound Seal

The KDAS Compound Seal is a five-component compression-type piston seal assembly consisting of a rubber sealing element, two retaining rings, and two guide rings. It is suitable for bidirectional pressure piston sealing.

Features:

1. Excellent sealing, high reliability, and compact structure;

2. No intrusion into radial clearances;

3. Simple installation, integral to the piston;

4. The special geometry of the NBR sealing element prevents distortion in the groove during installation.

Applicable working conditions (limit values should not appear at the same time)

Material Selection

1. Matching rubber ring material: R01 nitrile rubber

2. Retaining ring material: Nylon PA/Polyoxymethylene (POM)

3. Guide ring material: Nylon PA/Polyoxymethylene (POM)/Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
