TPM Compound Seal

The TPM combined piston (bore) seal is a five-component compression piston seal assembly consisting of a profiled rubber sealing element, two retaining rings, and two guide rings. Its groove design effectively prevents distortion during assembly and is suitable for bidirectional pressure piston sealing.

Features:

1. Excellent sealing, high reliability, and compact structure;

2. No intrusion into radial clearances;

3. Simple installation, integral piston mounting;

4. The special geometry of the NBR sealing element prevents distortion within the groove during installation.

Material Selection

1. Rubber Ring Material: R01 Nitrile

2. Retaining Ring Material: Nylon PA/Polyoxymethylene (POM)

3. Guide Ring Material: Nylon PA/Polyoxymethylene (POM)/Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
