SPGW Seal

The SPGW Seal consists of a PTFE-filled rectangular sealing ring, two retaining rings, and a special elastomer. It is suitable for bidirectional pressure sealing in reciprocating hydraulic applications. The elastomer provides radial force and compensates for seal ring wear. The retaining ring protects the seal ring, ensuring excellent sealing performance even under harsh operating conditions.

Features:

1. Low friction, low starting resistance, smooth movement, equal dynamic and static friction, and no creep;

2. High pressure stability under pressure and harsh conditions;

3. Long service life, suitable for oil-free sealing;

4. Suitable for sealing low-viscosity media such as water;

5. Excellent sealing performance at both high and low pressures.

Material Selection

1. Available elastomer materials: R01 Nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), R02 Fluororubber (FKM), etc.

2. Sealing Ring Material: Standard material: PTFE3; other available materials: PTFE1, PTFE2, and PTFE4.

3. Retaining Ring Material: POM/PA/PTFE. PTFE is used for temperatures exceeding 100°C.
