Reciprocating Piston Step Seal

The Reciprocating Piston Step Seal consists of a PTFE-filled stepped seal ring and an O-ring, suitable for unidirectional pressure sealing in reciprocating hydraulic applications. The O-ring provides radial force and compensates for seal ring wear. It is generally used in conjunction with a guide ring. For cylinder diameters less than 30mm, a split (open) groove design should be used.

Features:

1. Low friction, low starting resistance, smooth movement, equal dynamic and static friction, and no creep;

2. Highly stable pressure under pressure and harsh conditions;

3. Long service life, suitable for oil-free lubrication;

4. Suitable for sealing low-viscosity media such as water.

Applicable working conditions (limit values should not appear at the same time)

Material Selection

1. Available O-ring materials: R01 Nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), R02 Fluororubber (FKM), etc.

2. Sealing ring material: Standard material: PTFE3; other available materials include PTFE2, PTFE4, and PU.
