Glyd Ring Seal PTFE

Heavy-duty Glyd Ring Seal PTFE for pistons consist of a PTFE-filled sealing ring and a rectangular rubber ring, suitable for bidirectional pressure sealing in reciprocating hydraulic applications. The RC62-B is a heavy-duty reverse seal, suitable for unidirectional pressure sealing. The rubber ring provides radial force and compensates for seal ring wear. For use in heavy-duty hydraulic equipment, it is generally used in conjunction with a guide ring. Split (open) grooves should be used for cylinder diameters less than 30mm.

1. Low friction, low starting resistance, smooth movement, equal dynamic and static friction, and no creep;

2. Very high pressure stability under pressure and harsh conditions;

3. Long service life, suitable for oil-free lubrication;

4. Suitable for sealing low-viscosity media such as water.

Material Selection

1. Available rectangular ring materials: R01 nitrile rubber (NBR), R02 fluororubber (FKM), etc.

2. Sealing ring material: Standard material: PTFE3; other available materials include PTFE2, PTFE4, and PU.
