Support ring is an important basic component of hydraulic cylinder. Ruichen Seal has successfully developed cloth-reinforced phenolic support ring (belt) to comply with the development of international sliding ring combined seal and soft support structure. After years of practice, the quality exceeds that of similar foreign products and has been well received by users. The performance table can be used for reference.
In terms of guide belt, RC1081 reinforced polytetraethylene guide belt adds bronze powder to PTFE, etc., with high load-bearing, low wear, low friction and no creeping characteristics; RC1082 cloth-reinforced phenolic guide belt adopts phenolic cloth-reinforced material, and its radial load-bearing capacity is better than that of PTFE guide belt. Both are supplied in rolls, which are easy to cut and install, and can avoid metal contact. RCS and RCT guide rings are used for piston rod and piston respectively.
Wear-resistant rings have the function of accurately guiding the piston or piston rod in the hydraulic cylinder and absorbing radial force, which can prevent metal contact. Compared with metal wear rings, non-metallic wear rings have the advantages of wear resistance, avoiding metal contact, suppressing vibration, allowing larger radial clearance, simple grooves and easy installation, and low maintenance costs. They are widely used. Among them, cloth-reinforced phenolic and PTFE guide rings are available in on-site cutting and ready-to-use types.
In terms of guide sleeves, GFAI is used for piston rods, with supporting, guiding and dustproof functions; GFI is also used for piston rods, playing a supporting and guiding role; GFA is used for pistons, providing supporting and guiding. These products help hydraulic cylinders operate stably in all aspects.

2. Material: nylon PA, polyoxymethylene POM and polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE.
3. Working conditions: Working temperature: -55~+225℃ (PTFE is used above 120℃).
4. Design standard: When designing and selecting, refer to the FAI series of Hunger Company.

RCT non-metallic guide ring for piston
For the piston or piston rod running in the hydraulic cylinder, the wear ring has a precise guiding effect and can absorb radial forces. At the same time, the wear ring can prevent metal contact of sliding parts in the hydraulic cylinder. Compared with metal wear rings, non-metallic wear rings have many advantages. Among them, cloth-reinforced phenolic and PTFE guide rings are available in on-site cutting type and ready-to-use type.
