The RC2061 and RC2062 high-pressure seals for cement slurry launched by Ruichen Seals are designed to cope with complex and harsh cement slurry sealing conditions.
These two products have the same structure, both of which are composed of carefully designed high-function engineering plastic toothed seal rings and O-rings to achieve one-way sealing of hydraulic reciprocating and rotary motion. They have a wide range of applications and can play an important role in equipment such as plunger pumps, mud pumps, screw drills, drilling rigs, oil exploration equipment, and concrete mixing plants.
In terms of performance, our high-pressure seals for cement slurry can show many advantages. The long life characteristics reduce the need for frequent replacement of sealing parts and reduce equipment maintenance costs; low friction performance ensures smooth operation of equipment and reduces energy loss; good sealing effectively prevents cement slurry leakage and ensures stable operation of equipment; small structural space is convenient for installation and layout in limited spaces of various equipment; easy installation, use and maintenance further improve the efficiency of equipment use.
For malignant media such as cement slurry, the product can enhance the sealing effect through special sealing lip and thickness optimization design. When used for sealing slurry media, in order to further improve the sealing performance and component life, we recommend grease lubrication between two (or more) seals. These two high-pressure seals for cement slurry provide a reliable and efficient solution to the high-pressure cement slurry sealing problem.
