High Pressure Seals for Piston Holes

High Pressure Seals for Piston Holes is one of the seals that Ruichen Seals can provide for you. We are a professional manufacturer of hydraulic seals in China. This seal ring independently developed and produced is composed of a PTFE or composite material special-shaped seal ring and an O-shaped rubber ring. The specific seal ring structure design also improves the seal's ability to withstand high and ultra-high pressures.

High pressure seals for piston holes are excellent, consisting of PTFE or special composite material special-shaped sealing rings and high elastic O-shaped rubber rings. According to the matching O-rings, they are divided into RC58 - RC64 series (adapted to GB1235), which are specially used for hydraulic reciprocating motion one-way sealing.

PTFE material has strong chemical stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and adapts to complex chemical environments. The sealing ring and rubber ring work together to achieve excellent sealing effect.

In marine engineering, high pressure seals for piston holes can provide key protection for the hydraulic system of deep-sea detectors. The deep-sea water pressure is high and the seawater is highly corrosive. The material advantage is one of the prerequisites for the product to provide high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.

In heavy machinery manufacturing, large crane hydraulic telescopic arms benefit a lot. The construction site is complex, the telescopic arms move frequently, and the pressure varies. PTFE material is wear-resistant, combined with a thin lip design, real-time compensation for wear, tight sealing, and reduced failure risks.

In the field of new energy vehicles, high pressure seals for piston holes are also critical. In EPS hydraulic components, the material is stable and can accurately seal in the face of hydraulic oil erosion and temperature changes; in the brake system, for high-pressure impact and brake fluid corrosion, the special structure and optimized thickness sealing ring strictly prevent leakage and ensure safety.
