Our Ruichen seals high pressure end flange seals adopt innovative design to provide better product performance. The core is a combination of filled or modified PTFE material special-shaped sealing ring and O-shaped (rubber) ring, which is suitable for axial (end), flange one-way static (pressure) sealing and water pressure sealing needs.
High pressure end flange seals have significant advantages, long life, reduced maintenance costs, excellent sealing to prevent media leakage, high pressure and ultra-high pressure resistance to meet extreme working conditions, and exquisite structure for easy installation.
According to different working conditions, we have made subdivided models for you to choose from: RC2871 series (right-angle sealing ring and O-shaped rubber ring) is divided into A and B types to cope with different pressure scenarios; RC2872 series (C-shaped sealing ring and O-shaped rubber ring) is suitable for static pressure sealing; RC2873 (reinforced right-angle sealing ring and O-shaped rubber ring) specializes in ultra-high pressure static sealing; RC2874 (Y-shaped sealing ring and O-shaped rubber ring) ensures the stability of ultra-high pressure sealing; RC2875 series (foot-shaped sealing ring and O-shaped rubber ring) is divided into A and B types to meet various static sealing needs.
Some special combinations are full of highlights, such as the modified foot-shaped sealing ring with O-ring, which uses pre-compression and flange structure to achieve better sealing at higher pressures and withstand high and ultra-high pressures; the same is true for the combination of C-shaped and reinforced right-angle sealing rings and O-rings, providing a reliable solution to the high-pressure end (flange) sealing problem in all directions.
