High Pressure Piston Rod Seals

High Pressure Piston Rod Seals is a high pressure sealing product of Ruichen Seals. We are a professional seal manufacturer and supplier. This product is composed of a PTFE sealing ring and an O-shaped rubber ring, which is suitable for hydraulic reciprocating motion one-way sealing. The high pressure piston rod seals provided by Ruichen are composed of PTFE sealing rings and O-shaped rubber rings, which are specially used for one-way sealing of hydraulic reciprocating motion. They are divided into RC01-RC14 series according to the matching O-rings. When working, the O-ring provides radial force to compensate for the wear of the sealing ring, and the thin lip design of the sealing ring has good fit. The two work together to create a good sealing effect.


Our high pressure piston rod seals are widely used in injection molding machines and die-casting machines in industrial hydraulic systems, excavators and loaders in engineering machinery, hydraulic parts in automobile manufacturing and maintenance, landing gear and actuators in aerospace, and hydraulic steering gears and windlasses in shipbuilding. They can effectively ensure the stable operation of hydraulic systems and avoid leakage.
