The Bore Seal, designed and manufactured by Ruichen Sealing Factory, is suitable for unidirectional sealing in hydraulic reciprocating and rotary motion applications. It features a long service life, low friction, excellent sealing performance, compact structure, and easy installation, use, and maintenance. The special sealing lip and optimized thickness design of the seal ensure excellent sealing performance even in harsh media such as cement grout.

Material Selection
1. The accompanying O-ring materials can be selected from: R01 Nitrile rubber (NBR), R02 Fluororubber (FKM), etc.
2. Sealing ring material: Standard material is PTFE4, other available materials include PTFE2/PTFE3/PTFE5/UPE/PK1/PK2, etc.

Note: 1. For cylinder bores ≤ 30mm, an open groove design is recommended.
2. For pressures greater than 30 MPa, an H8/f8 fit is recommended for the extrusion gap.
