The Y-type Combined Seal (Ultra-high Pressure/Hydraulic Pressure Seal) consists of a Y-shaped sealing ring made of PTFE and its composite materials, and an O-ring. It is suitable for unidirectional sealing in hydraulic reciprocating motion.
Due to the patented structure and optimized thickness design of the Y-shaped sealing ring, it performs well even in water pressure or other low-viscosity media. The structural design of the sealing ring also improves its resistance to high and ultra-high pressures. The seal operates with a low coefficient of friction, eliminating creep and enabling long-term oil-free lubrication.
Note: This seal structure has limitations and is not recommended for use in closed grooves.
1. Low friction, low starting resistance, smooth operation, equal dynamic and static friction, no creep.
2. Long service life, suitable for oil-free lubrication sealing.
3. Suitable for sealing high-pressure, ultra-high-pressure, and low-viscosity media such as water.
Extreme values should not occur simultaneously. Please contact our company if the pressure exceeds 260MPa.
