The Reinforced Right-Angle Combined Seal (Ultra-High Pressure/Hydraulic Pressure Seal) consists of a reinforced right-angle sealing ring made of PTFE and its composite materials, and an O-ring. It is suitable for unidirectional sealing in hydraulic reciprocating motion.
Depending on the type of O-ring used, it is available in the RC08 and RC09 series (compatible with GB1235 series O-rings). Due to the optimized thickness design of the sealing ring, it performs well even in water pressure or other low-viscosity media.
The reinforced sealing ring's structural design also improves the seal's resistance to high and ultra-high pressure. It is generally not suitable for installation in closed grooves.
1. Low friction, low starting resistance, smooth movement, equal dynamic and static friction, no creep.
2. Long service life, suitable for oil-free lubrication sealing.
3. Suitable for sealing high-pressure, ultra-high-pressure, and low-viscosity media such as water.
Extreme values should not occur simultaneously.
